Lemonade, Turkish Style (Limonata)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 20 spearmint leaves
  • Rind of all the lemons


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Crush the mint leaves with sugar in a mortar.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Serve with ice and a few mint leaves for color.
